Build a Snowman Decorating Class

We’ll be building a sugary snowman during this 1.5 hour cookie decorating class! Don’t miss out on this fun 6-cookie, 4-icing class – There’s “snow” way you’ll want to miss this class!

This in-person event will take place on Friday, January 26th at 6:30pm at Porkies at 2245 S Eastwood Dr, Woodstock, IL.

Interested in learning more about decorated sugar cookies?! My Cookie Cottage is here to help! In this 1.5-hour class, we'll cover the basics to sugar cookies (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided in class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).

You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques we'll cover in class! More details on refunds, things to bring, credits, and FAQs are below - looking forward to having you with us.

About this Class:

This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We’ll be building a sugar snowman, and you’ll be able to dress him up how you’d like! But tickets will sell out “snow” fast, you don’t want to be left out in the cold – so sign up ASAP!

We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cookies, 4 icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!

This class is on Friday, January 26th and starts at 6:30pm sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer questions along the way. Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family - we have seating for up to 12 people! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo!

This class is good for ages 12+, but if you'd like to leave the kiddos at home, purchase an add-on decorating kit (more on that below)! The kits are great for kids at home, plus - we'll send you the class PowerPoint so you can teach them yourself!
